Justificación/Descripción del curso:

The Program is an intensive part-time model for working professionals with completion in approximately 16 months.

The first cohort will begin in October 2006 and the program is ideal for developing the competencies and confidence in professionals who deal with the world of international business.

Each of the 15 courses in the program carries 3 Graduate credits in the United States university system. Students take two classes per week during continuous eight week sessions.

Students will graduate with an Endicott College MBA degree after the successful completion of all program requirements.

The philosophy of the program is that traditional "exams" are less relevant to MBA studies.

The methodology to be used is distinct from the traditional teaching practices found in many other university programs.

In this program we believe the use of projects, case studies, examples and illustrations are the most effective way to examine the material and to learn.

All of the courses in the curriculum employ some combination of the following assignments:
Individual Oral Presentations, Group Oral Presentations, Individual Written Projects and Group Written Project.

The program is accredited in the United States by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).

Requisitos de acceso al curso:

Entering students have their English proficiency assessed by an ESL (English as a Second Language) professional in our program and an individual support program for the development of English will be mandatory for those whose English level needs improvement to pass graduate level work in this language.

A score of 550 (Paper-Based) / 213 (Computer-Based) / 79 (internet-Based) or above on the TOEFL test is the cut-off.

Since it is planned that all professors will be bilingual in the program Spanish language support in the learning environment will also be available to MBA candidates.

Applicants must register for the GMAT and submit the results before being fully accepted into the program. This should be accomplished before the first two courses have been completed.
